Pricing FAQ
Does the subscription auto-renew?
No. When your period ends, the account returns to Free automatically. You re-subscribe manually.
What payment methods are accepted?
Telegram Stars, bank cards via YooKassa (Russia), and cryptocurrency via CryptoBot.
Can I get a refund?
Bank card payments: full refund within 14 days if no personal reading has been made. Telegram Stars: subject to Telegram's own policy. Cryptocurrency: technically non-refundable.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan is permanent and includes channel readings for all 12 signs. Personal readings require at least the Basic plan.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes — purchase a higher plan at any time. The new period starts immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
